Santhem Residences, a premium retirement village in Shenfield, Essex, partnered with Innova Care Concepts to furnish two show apartments in their ‘Information Suite’ ahead of their 2022 launch. The village, developed by Savista Developments, features 55 luxury apartments and a range of high-end amenities.
Savista, making their first foray into the retirement living market, aimed to create a welcoming environment that combined state-of-the-art technology with a warm, homely feel. They sought bespoke furniture that would reflect the village’s luxurious yet functional design.
Innova collaborated closely with Savista, designing, sourcing, and delivering an array of custom-made furniture, from king-size beds to dining chairs, all tailored to match the desired aesthetic and functionality. The project was executed on time, enabling Santhem Residences to showcase their elegant living spaces to potential homeowners as planned.
