Overview

STEPS Rehabilitation Centre first reached out to us during their research phase, ultimately choosing to collaborate with Innova due to our extensive knowledge and the wide range of products we offer. Working closely with their team, we designed a fully bespoke stainless steel hydrotherapy pool that perfectly catered to the needs of their clients. The final product was stunning, and we also equipped the centre with various hoisting systems, beds, mattresses, furniture, and other essential items that contribute to creating a comfortable, healthy, and inspiring environment at STEPS.

The new 23-bed residential rehabilitation centre in Sheffield was designed to support clients with neurological, spinal, and orthopaedic injuries and illnesses. Our key objectives were to create a facility that anyone would feel comfortable sending their loved ones to and to include equipment that people would be happy to have in their own homes. We worked closely with the client, architect, and contractor to ensure that every aspect of the project was meticulously covered. The products and services provided included a bespoke stainless steel hydrotherapy pool with massage jets and color-changing lights, multiple X-Y hoisting systems, profiling care beds, foam mattresses, wash basins, grab rails, overbed tables, slings, and various pieces of loose furniture.

Client Quote(s)

“The service is superb. We can ring up and borrow equipment whilst we’re waiting for ordered equipment to arrive. We’ve been very impressed and they’re a pleasure to work with. [We would] absolutely recommend working with Innova – [they are] very easy to deal with and always very helpful and accommodating.”
